1801 West Capital is the first permanent supportive housing complex in the City of West Sacramento, California. The location hosts 85 one-bedroom apartments for individuals who have a history of homelessness or risk of homelessness. Resident services and case management are funded by Yolo County and provided by TeleCare and CommuniCare Health Centers. New Hope CDC is Co-General Partner of development with Mercy Housing LLC. The property is managed by Mercy Housing.

Originally built in 1975, New Hope CDC acquired and renovated the property as part of a tax credit partnership, bringing it back into service in 2015. New Hope CDC serves as the managing general partner of New Hope Crosswoods Associates, L.P. The property is managed by The John Stewart Company.

River Grove Apartments broke ground on January 8, 2026, and will feature 37-unit multifamily affordable housing units in West Sacramento, California. The development includes one- and two-bedroom units. The project will provide rental units for extremely low-income households, with a focus on serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and veterans experiencing homelessness. The project is expected to begin lease-up in 2027. The property will be managed by The John Stewart Company.

River Grove Apartments will offer comprehensive on-site supportive services. Residents will have access to a dedicated Service Coordinator who will connect them with community resources, advocate on their behalf, and organize community-building activities. A Supported Living Specialist will provide personalized assistance to help residents maintain housing stability, build life skills, and pursue education and employment opportunities. Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is providing ongoing service funding to support residents with IDD, including individualized planning, coordination, employment training, supported and independent living assistance, housing stability support, and access to community resources. New Hope CDC serves as the managing general partner of 641 5th Street, L.P.
