The project will provide rental units for extremely low-income households, with a focus on serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and veterans experiencing homelessness. Residents will have access to a dedicated Service Coordinator who will connect them with community resources, advocate on their behalf, and organize community-building activities.
