New Hope CDC offers a variety of after school activities for young residents living in the Woodland and Winters Public Housing properties of Yolo County Housing Authority. The support is provided by staff of Yolo County Housing Authority and by staff of local non-profit agencies.

Senior Services

New Hope CDC intends to expand outreach to seniors living in River Bend Manor I and II in West Sacramento, California, partnering with local healthy aging-focused organizations to assist seniors in thriving beyond the covid-19 pandemic. Currently Meals on Wheels preps delivery for West Sacramento residents, including those at River Bend Manor I and II.
